Refund Policy
We have an 8-day return policy, which means you have 8 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused with its original tags intact, and in its original packaging. For any returns or exchanges unpacking video is compulsory. You’ll also need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return request, you can contact us at weavecrafts2017@gmail.com, if your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send the return parcel as soon as you return is accepted, if customer delays in returning the parcel and sends it after 8 days of the delivery, return will not be accepted and Weavecrafts will not be liable to pay any refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR A MINOR COLOUR/SHINING VARIATIONS DUE TO LIGHTING AND OTHER EFFECTS USED DURING PHOTOGRAPHY.
If a customer wants to return the product, they will need to send the product to our warehouse on their own. Weavecrafts will not bear any return courier charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund was approved or not. If refund is approved, we will initiate your refund within 48 hours after deducting Rs. 150 for forward courier charges incurred by us for shipping, you’ll automatically get your money refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post the refund to your bank account or credit card.
Any disputes/legal matters shall be treated under SURAT jurisdiction only.
